Work Out

I have started working out daily now.My comcast On Demand has a exercise tv in it and its really cool.They have many different types of work outs.Infact almost 100 of them.I love it and have started trying them out.Im not over weight.Im not in very bad shape except for those extra fat around my tummy and waist.So im trying to burn it off now.But im worried i'l quit it half the way.I started doing aerobics 3 months back and it had really strated working for me.But i got lazy after 2 weeks.Then again after a month i started hitting the gym.I got a neck sprain after 2 weeks and that was it.But the neck sprain actually had nothing to do with my work outs.It was what i got from skiing.But still, that was the end to gymming.I hope this one doesn't end in 2 weeks.Basically im lazy and i wish to get back that flat tummy i once had.

What I do not to get bored is concentrate on the area I want to firm and usually I can stick with this well.

Try to do just some good abs excercise for now, 10 minutes a day

Hey, I know what you mean. It's taken me about 9 months to lose 60 pounds. And I still don't have my tummy back. It's better, but not great. I don't think I'll ever get it back. But that's ok. Anyway, good luck. Keep me posted.
